HONG KONG - Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor will visit Singapore and Bangkok from Aug 2 to 4.
She will meet senior Singapore government officials and attend the opening reception for the photo exhibition "Lee Fook Chee - Son of Singapore, Photographer of Hong Kong", one of the celebration events for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's 20th anniversary.
She will also visit GovTech Hive, an innovation lab for digital services, as well as the Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Civil Service College.
Lam will then meet senior Thai government officials and business leaders, and those from other ASEAN countries.
She will also discuss collaboration opportunities with creative industries.
Chief Secretary Matthew Cheung will be Acting Chief Executive during Lam’s absence.
